Streetkatz

MAY 2018 - Streetkatz is urgently looking for indoor fosterers for mums and kittens.  You will need to keep them separate from any resident pets, perhaps in a spare bedroom.  We provide a collapsible pen, litter, basic food supplies (treats are down to you!) and cover all veterinary costs.  You need to be able to get to one of our vets, currently Culverdens (T Wells, Crowborough and Wadhurst) or Dacre House (Southborough).  Do please bear in mind that fostering is a 24/7 job and a mum and kittens will typically be with you for about 3 months if they are very young when you take them on.  However, it can be very rewarding watching little ones grow and great fun too!

Our Facebook page is a very active forum for us and for supporters alike.  We update Facebook more regularly than this webpage nowadays so why not join us there and find out the latest happenings!

Just do a search for Streetkatz Rescue (2 words) on Facebook and you should find us easily.  

UPDATE 2015:  we now have 2 Facebook pages - the group page is very chatty with lots of pics of our cats past and present; the newer Cause page is more formal and perhaps easier to navigate if you just want to see what we are up to.  Both pages are public so can be viewed, you have to join the group page if you want to comment.

Streetkatz now has its own charity listing on eBay through PayPal Giving Fund.  We are selling mainly donated goods so please check us out.  Our Seller ID on eBay is Streetkatz2011 so check us out and save us as a Favourite Seller!   

If you are selling stuff, you can also donate a percentage of your profit to Streetkatz through this scheme or simply make a donation! 

If you have good quality things, especially clothes, we could sell through ebay (and which are easy to post!), then please let us know.

                   Help Save Our Environment and Raise Money by Recycling!

We are currently raising funds for Streetkatz Rescue in conjunction with Recycle 4 Charity by recycling inkjet cartridges and laser/toner cartridges and your help would be greatly appreciated.

Our organisation will receive a donation for each valid inkjet and/or laser or toner cartridge so please ask your friends and family to collect for us too!

Alternatively, we have freepost envelopes which we will make available at our jumble sales.  You can fill them and post or we have a collection box at Frank's so you can drop them off there - a good excuse to hug a cat too!!
